Lexington, Va. – Up to Par Management is proud to announce that Brittany Wright has been promoted to general manager of the Robert E. Lee hotel. Wright, who was promoted from her previous position as front desk manager for Up to Par, joined the company in September 2014.
“I am beyond honored to be given this opportunity,” said Wright. “I look forward to putting in the work to surpass the expectations and grow with the hotel and Up To Par Management.”
Brittany came to the hotel with over 4 years of management and customer service experience, among many other great attributes. She is a quick study of operations systems, a skill that will help her succeed in her new role with Up to Par.

In the eighteen months since she joined Up to Par, Brittany has already begun to leave her mark. Through her oversight she has helped standardize the operation to increase customer satisfaction. She redesigned and implemented housekeeping, front desk operations and group reservations processes, all the while managing to raise the hotel’s star rating through customer service.
In her new role as general manager, Wright will maintain her previous duties of overseeing front desk and housekeeping operations, but she will also manage the hotel’s in-house restaurant and the operations of the complete business unit.
